In the first installment of our Infratech Visionaries series, we explore the designs of Aaron Neubert Architects - creators of unique and award-winning spaces including OZU Restaurant in Atwater Village and the Museum of Compassion in Louisville, Kentucky. Aaron Neubert, architect and principal of ANX, leads a distinguished team in developing residential, commercial and cultural projects around the world. Neubert’s work has received awards from the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the National Academy of Design, Build Magazine  and the Van Alen Prize in Public Architecture, to name just a few. He currently serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Southern California.

In addition to its coveted location above one of the most storied music scenes in Los Angeles, the Stanley House had bona fide rock royalty heading up the design team. Lenny Kravitz himself created the mid-century mod luxury home’s stunning interior design.

Santa Monica, CA’s Minarc design firm was founded by Icelanders Erla Dögg and Tryggvi in 1999. Over the past two decades, the duo have established themselves as leading lights in holistic, environmentally aware design. Their residential and commercial projects employ a creative minimalism that is stunning, livable, and a unique hybrid of the design environments of their native land and their chosen home. They recently used Infratech heaters in the Drexel home, a playfully minimalist, decidedly Southern California design. We spoke with Minarc to learn more about their creative process, how nature informs their work, and why they choose our heaters for their spectacular spaces.

Fagin Partners is one of the leading designers in Dallas with a passion for creating sustainable and stylish modern homes. The designers, Kyle and Connor Fagin, are a talented father-and-son team who are building the first International Passive House in Texas to reach the next level of efficiency. Their mission is to construct homes that are mindful of the environment while still achieving a modern aesthetic and long-term affordability for homeowners. We had a chance to talk with Fagin Partners about their design process and their upcoming Lively Lane Passive House.

The newly constructed “Wave House,” a 5,700 sq. ft. Venice home sitting on Morningside Way, is a true stunner. Featuring 6 rooms including an expansive outdoor space, it was built from the ground up, taking 17 months to complete. With its organic shape and white aluminum skin, it’s distinctively created by architect and designer, Mario Romano. We recently spoke with Romano about his inspiration behind his beautiful, unique, and intricate design.
