SPENCER SYLVESTER, PRESIDENT

Southern California native Spencer Sylvester has been building high-end custom homes since 2004. His lifelong passion for homebuilding was fostered by his father, a general contractor in San Diego County, who would take him for walkthroughs of sites. Sylvester earned his own General Contractor’s License at age twenty-five, working on extensive remodels and custom builds in Rancho Santa Fe. In 2015, he was contracted to build a spec home and a custom home in the desirable Crystal Cove area. As part of his work on these projects, he traveled throughout the state to find exemplary stone slabs and finishes, chose furniture and decor to complement the designs, and ensured each home contained innovative tech features.

Sylvester’s work in Crystal Cove built his reputation for hard work, honesty, insight, and quality. He continued to work in the upscale neighborhood, built a state-of-the-art home in an exclusive Palm Springs community, and developed relationships with many of Los Angeles and Orange County’s most highly regarded interior designers. “What sets our firm apart is being able to work one-on-one with homeowners, designers, and architects in order to create a quality product,” Sylvester says.
