Giveaway Rules – Infratech x Loll Designs All Seasons Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS GIVEAWAY. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years of age or older. Giveaway begins 12:00 a.m. PST 10/03/22 and ends at 11:59p.m. PST 10/31/22. Subject to full Official Rules. Void where prohibited or restricted. Only United States residents are eligible for Giveaway.

Eligibility: The “Infratech x Loll All Seasons Giveaway” (sponsored by Infratech and Loll Designs) is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States or the District of Columbia who at time of entry reside within the United States or the District of Columbia and are age 18 or older.You must submit all required information through the giveaway to be eligible to win the prize. Participants found using falsified Instagram accounts, temporary email addresses, duplicate email addresses or other suspicious forms of entry are subject to disqualification.

This Giveaway is governed by U.S. law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

PRIZES: One winner will receive: two (2) CD-Series 6000 Watt Heaters in model of choice, two (2) Motif Fascias in model of choice, & two (2) Duplex Stack Switches in model of choice from Infratech and two (2) Lollygagger Lounge Chairs & one (1) Lollygagger Side Table in color(s) of choice from Loll Designs. Assembly and installation not included. The total Approximate Retail Value “RV” of the prize is $3,675. The Prize is nontransferable and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made.

Selection and Notification: One person will be randomly selected to win the prize. The selection is final. The potential winner will be notified by the email provided during the time of entry on the entry form. The prize will be delivered within 30 days from when the prize winners’ documents are executed and sent to the prize provider. At the sole discretion of Sponsor, disqualification, forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner may result from any of the following: 1. potential winner’s failure to respond to notification within three (3) business days after its transmission; 2. the return of an email notification as undeliverable after three (3) attempts; 3. the return of the prize as undeliverable.

Consent and Release: Entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Infratech to announce the winner’s name for promotional purposes without further compensation, and presentation of any or all prizes shall be contingent upon submission of written consent from the winner as to such use. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and release Infratech from any claims and/or liability relating to their participation, acceptance and use of prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Giveaway or use or misuse of the prize. By participating, entrants agree that any dispute related to this Giveaway shall be litigated only in courts in Los Angeles County, California. By participating in this Giveaway, Entrants understand and agree to abide by the Official Rules, which are final and binding, and the decisions of Sponsor with respect to all aspects of the Giveaway, which are final.

General: Sponsor will not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, damaged or misdirected entries and accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from an entrant’s participation in the Giveaway. By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and waives, and releases Sponsor and Sponsor’s parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Giveaway, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from, all claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use the prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory. These rules are subject to change at any time by the Sponsor.
