The designers, Kyle and Connor Fagin, are a talented father-and-son team who are building the first International Passive House in Texas to reach the next level of efficiency. Located in Woodside, CA on a large hidden lot at the end of the road, Meadow Creak Residence stops at a creek and densely wooded hillside. The site has a rural feel as the property stretches from north to south, allowing the main spaces to embrace its views. This 9,800 square foot home is designed by Arcanum Architecture, Inc., a San Francisco based design firm with a portfolio of modern styled homes.
