What is the OLDC entry deadline?

The deadline for all entries is 11:59pm Pacific Time, December 31, 2023.

What will I need in order to enter?

• Complete the entry form.
• A minimum of (3) professional-quality color photographs of the featured project (PDF, JPG or JPEG.)
• At least (1) photograph must feature a clear image of the Infratech heating system (PDF, JPG or JPEG.)
• Optional: Your entry may include a hand-drawn floor plan (PDF, JPG or JPEG.)
• Contestant’s name or company name must not be included on any photographs or plans submitted for entry.

Can I enter more than one design in the same contest period?

You may enter multiple projects as long as the projects were completed between January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2023.

Can I submit an entry that has won in another contest?

Yes. Just be sure that your project was completed between January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2023.

How many times can I enter?

You may submit as many entries as you wish, but you may not submit the same project more than once.

I am a homeowner/consumer, can I enter the contest?

Not at the time. This contest is open only to design-build professionals including architects, interior designers, builders, remodelers, landscape designers and landscape architects.

How many Infratech heaters does my project need to include in order to qualify?

You must have at least (1) Infratech heater present in the design. The heater must be clearly visible in at least (1) submitted photograph.

Will I be disqualified if I do not provide a photo with an Infratech heater in it?

Yes. The Infratech heater should be clearly visible in at least (1) photograph so that judges can validate the product.

Should I include my name/company name in my entry materials?

No. Please be advised that this contest will be judged on a “blind” basis. You should not include your name on any photos, floor plans or other materials submitted. Your name will be included on the entry form, which will not be shared with the judges.

Can I enter the contest if my company is located outside of the United States?

No. The contest is limited to applicants based within the United States only.

What types of photographs are required?

• You will need to submit a minimum of (3) professional-quality photographs of your project.
• At least (1) photograph must include a clearly visible Infratech heater.

Can I submit images with people in them?

No. For the purposes of ensuring compliance with legal image release and clearance guidelines, please ensure that images do not include people.

What is the cost to enter?

The contest is free — there is no cost to enter.

If I win the contest, how long do I have to claim my Grand Prize?

Contest winners must redeem the Grand Prize by September 30, 2024.
