Chef & Food Network Host Brad Miller’s Cooks Outdoors Year-Round With Infratech

Chef Brad Miller is a busy man. In between hosting the Food Network’s Food Truck Nation and Paramount+’s Bar Rescue, he’s also the chef/co-owner at the Inn of the Seventh Ray in LA’s Topanga Canyon and chef/co-owner of the now nationwide L&B Burger Boy. Whether he’s at work or at home, his passion for cooking permeates every level of his daily life.

In this video, Brad takes us on a tour of his SoCal home’s pro-level outdoor kitchen. With Infratech heaters at the ready, the backyard is always ready for swimming or entertaining guests over a meal. He can also create content and research and develop new recipes year-round.

His space includes two Infratech SL-Series heaters for low-profile, effective warmth in any weather. “I wanted heat from all angles,” he says, showing off the heaters. “These are both blasting heat when it’s really cold out, or I just kind of turn them on a little bit and it keeps a beautiful ambient temperature while I’m cooking and doing my prep back.”

Thanks to the heaters, Brad says, “I can just keep doing my thing. I can keep cooking. I can keep entertaining and just keep rockin’ and rollin’ with it.”
