Infratech Announces 2022 Outdoor Living Design Contest Winner

The results are in! We’d like to extend a special thanks to everyone who entered our 2022 Outdoor Living Design Contest! Our panel of judges – Chris Fenmore of Garden Studio Design, Bob Kleiman of Structure Home, and Salomon Daniel & Dalia Feldman of SD Design Studio – reviewed all of the wonderful entries and we are excited to announce Laura Parsons of Parsons Interior Design as the Grand Prize winner!

The winning design is a beautiful outdoor cabana oasis located in Austin, Texas. The team specified Infratech WD-Series heaters to enhance the functionality of the home bringing the indoor style to the exterior space, creating a seamless transition to this outdoor oasis! The end result was an inviting classic outdoor area for the client to enjoy for years to come.

“Our goal was to create a beautiful extension of the home and also a place to relax and entertain outdoors. With such a large yard, we had the opportunity to fill it with many entertaining zones including a pool, pool lounge area, dining area, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and game area. Texture was important to the homeowner… many textures were brought in to achieve a layered look. We incorporated brick, tongue and groove, shiplap, concrete and distressed tile laid in a herringbone pattern…We had to include Infratech heaters to the project. They don’t take up space and they keep you warm while entertaining outdoors!”  – Laura Parsons of Parsons Interior Design
