There are many factors that go into an installation, including wiring, wire nuts, junction box placement, clearances, connections, heater height, surrounding trim, and ventilation, among others. By providing us with detailed photos of your heating configuration, we can gain a more accurate understanding of the issues you are experiencing on-site.

For best results, please include the following photos:

• Overall installation area, showing heaters and floor within the same shot.
• Interior of heater junction box(es).
• Both sides of heating element with side reflectors removed, so that element is fully exposed.
• Label (located next to the junction box of the heater body.)
• For flush mount installations only: please include a photo of the flush mount pocket interior.
• For control panels (if using): please include (1) wide shot of the control panel with at least three feet of space on all sides of the panel; (1) close-up shot of control panel internal wiring; and (1) photo of the control panel label, including job number.
• Any other photos that you feel will help us to diagnose the issue.
